  EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Exhibition at the conference is free to organizations sharing suicide prevention and related information, resources and materials. Space is limited and exhibitors are not allowed to sell products and services during the conference. Materials and information about programs and services can be shared, and organizations are encouraged to exhibit and share program information that will enhance local suicide prevention efforts. Those interested in sending a representative to the conference will be provided:

  • Exhibit space for the entire conference, with an 8 foot table provided and electrical outlets available upon request
  • Exposure for your program, service or cause (including mention in the conference program)
  • Opportunity to network with other exhibitors and conference audience
  • All exhibitors and conference audience will participate in a “passport program.”  Each conference attendee will receive a blank passport and will be encouraged to circulate exhibitor tables at selected times to speak with exhibitors and receive a stamp, sticker or signature on their passport.  Completed passports will be entered into a raffle at the closing session.

Exhibitor set up:

  • Where: Regis University Dining Hall - Student Center (around the perimeter)
  • Set up: 8:30-10:00am May 20
  • Take down: 3:00-4:00pm May 22

Exhibitors are encouraged to make promotional materials available as giveaways to conference participants.

We are limited to the first 20 exhibitors to register.
